1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times
We offer reliable international shipping. Delivery times typically range between 7 to 15 business days depending on your location and destination customs clearance. 

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom protocols or courier backlogs, which are outside of our immediate control.

3. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs
Calyxa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at contact@calyxaofficial.com with your order number, and we will resolve the issue for you right away.
